Team Selection and Confirmation
The first 48 teams to register in the 18 Patriot Division will receive a tentative acceptance into this division. You will be notified through email and given a specific deadline to complete your official entry form, pay the entry fee, and book your housing through Team Travel Source. It’s crucial to complete all entry requirements by the given deadline to secure your spot.

If any teams fail to meet the deadline, they will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. The waitlist will be posted on the USA Volleyball website for reference. If a team receives a Patriot bid but later qualifies for a higher division, their bid will be awarded to the next team on the waitlist.
Team Limit and Waitlist
The Patriot Division is limited to two teams per club for the 18 Patriot Division. If all age groups are not filled, we may consider increasing this limit. Teams that are not accepted as part of the top 48 will be placed on a waitlist based on their entry date and time in AES. Please keep an eye on the USA Volleyball website for updates.
Housing Information
To ensure a smooth experience, we have partnered with Team Travel Source for housing arrangements. Housing for the Patriot Division is now open, and you can book your rooms through Team Travel Source. However, please remember to register your team in AES and receive confirmation of your tentative acceptance before booking rooms.

There will be a separate Patriot Division Room Block for all accepted teams. It’s essential to book rooms within this block to ensure compliance with the Stay & Play Policy.
