2022 USA Volleyball Men’s Beach Collegiate Challenge

The 2022 USA Volleyball Men’s Beach Collegiate Challenge is an event organized by USA Volleyball’s National Team Development Program (NTDP). The NTDP is committed to providing support to athletes and their families during challenging times. In line with this commitment, the NTDP offers registration fee refunds for its events, subject to certain conditions.

If you have purchased Regsaver insurance, which is an optional add-on insurance policy offered by SportsEngine, please file a claim with the insurance company before requesting a refund. In case your claim is denied or if you did not purchase the insurance, please proceed with submitting a refund request email to your training program lead.

Refund Request 21 or More Days Before Day 1 of the Event

If you wish to withdraw from an NTDP event 21 or more days before the start date, you can request a refund. The refund will be for the full amount minus a 3% credit card fee. To initiate this refund request, send an email to your training program lead. If you have purchased the Regsaver insurance policy, please include a copy of your claim’s denial to process your request.

Refund Request 7-20 Days Before Day 1 of the Event

If you decide to withdraw from an NTDP event 7-20 days before the start date, you can request a refund. The refund amount will be 50% of the total amount paid. Send an email to your training program lead to initiate this refund request. If you have purchased the Regsaver insurance policy, please include a copy of your claim’s denial to process your request.

Refund Request Less Than Seven Days Before Day 1 of the Event

Unfortunately, refund requests for withdrawals from NTDP events made less than seven days before the start date will not be honored, and no refund amount will be provided.

Special Circumstance and Appeals Process

The NTDP understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, preventing an athlete from participating in an NTDP event. In such cases, a special process is available for families to request a review of the circumstances and a refund. To initiate this review, please complete the FORM. The review of your submission will take place within 14 days after the event. Please note that there is no guarantee of any refund amount. The NTDP staff will carefully review your case and may follow up with additional questions or provide a decision.
