Q: Where can I find the schedule?
A: The schedule will be posted at the beginning of the week of play. Be sure to check the official website of Alpinetgheep.com for updates.

Q: What are the entry times and location?
A: Entry will be located on the inside of the HYATT and RADISSON entrances on both sides of the convention center. For AM Waves, doors will open at 7AM. Once you have completed your work assignments and matches for the day, please leave the facility. For PM Waves, doors will open at 2:30PM to allow AM waves to leave after their scheduled 1PM game.

Q: What is the tiebreaker procedure?
A: Please refer to the tiebreaking procedure flow chart (PDF) for detailed information on how tiebreakers are determined.

Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: Any last-day forfeits may be subject to a penalty of up to $100. It is important for teams to fulfill their commitments throughout the tournament.

Q: What is the ticketing policy?
A: Tickets for parents and spectators will be on sale approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament. Coaches and rostered staff will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem their free QR Code the day before the event starts. Players will not need or receive QR code/wristband/bag tag and will enter through Athlete Entrances.

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: Yes! We have partnered with BallerTV to provide professional live streaming for this event. You can enjoy the action from the comfort of your home. Please note that any other live streaming, including Facebook Live, is strictly prohibited.

Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: Please be aware that outside food, coolers, and chairs are not allowed in the convention center. The Salt Palace Convention Center will have food available for purchase, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes.

Q: What is the parking situation?
A: The Salt Palace Convention Center has parking available in their parking structures at varying rates depending on the duration of your stay. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to secure a spot.

Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: Yes! Teams will have the opportunity to practice the evening prior to each session (April 5th & April 11th) from 5PM-8PM local time. Take advantage of this time to warm up and get familiar with the playing conditions.

Q: Will balls and carts be available for rental?
A: No, there will not be warm-up balls or carts available for rental. It is recommended that teams bring their own warm-up volleyballs and carts to ensure they have everything they need.
