Top Women’s College Players Join U.S. Women’s National Team for 2024 Spring Training

ANAHEIM, Calif. (March 8, 2024) – Exciting news for volleyball fans! A group of 17 talented college volleyball players will have the incredible opportunity to train alongside U.S. Women’s National Team Head Coach Karch Kiraly, two Olympic gold medalists, and his staff at the USA Volleyball Spring Training Camp from March 10-16.

Joining the college athletes will be U.S. Women’s outside hitter Jordan Larson and setter Jordyn Poulter, who both clinched gold medals at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in 2021. The training camp will take place at the prestigious Open Gym Premier facility in Anaheim, Calif., as Larson and Poulter gear up for the 2024 season, with their sights set on the Paris Olympic Games.

The week-long training session will culminate in a thrilling Red-Blue scrimmage on Saturday, March 16, at 9:30 a.m. PT at the gym in Anaheim. The scrimmage will be open to the public, free of charge.

Coach Kiraly expressed his excitement about working with this talented group of college student-athletes and the opportunity to collaborate with Larson and Poulter.
