Make sure to arrive bright and early, with check-in starting at 7:30 am, and the games kicking off at 8:00 am. Don’t forget to bring your completed USAV Medical Release Form for check-in.
Registration
Secure your spot in the tournament by registering early. Take advantage of the Early Bird offer, available until September 1, 2023, for $70.00 per team. After that, regular registration will be open from September 2 to September 11, 2023, for $80.00 per team. Please note that refunds will not be issued after September 10, 2023. Coaches are also required to register.

At USA Volleyball, safety is our top priority. All adults who have regular contact with minor athletes or hold power and authority over them are required to be SafeSport trained and pass a background screening. Age Divisions
To ensure fair competition, the age divisions for the tournament are as follows:
- 12 and Under Division: Players born on or after July 1, 2011
- 14 and Under Division: Players born on or after July 1, 2009
- 16 and Under Division: Players born on or after July 1, 2007
- 18 and Under Division: Players born on or after July 1, 2005, or players born on or after July 1, 2004, who are high school students in the twelfth grade or below during some part of the current academic year
Dress Code/Attire
While uniforms are not required, we encourage teams to wear matching color tops and bottoms. Please note the following dress code requirements:
- Girls: Must wear a top that covers the midsection when standing and bottoms such as spandex, shorts, or leggings. No bikinis allowed.
- Boys: Must wear tank tops or t-shirts that cover the midsection when standing, along with bottoms such as swim trunks, surf shorts, or volleyball shorts. No brief-type swim trunks.
