General Information
- The Patriot Division is the only Pay to Play Division at the Girls Junior National Championship.
- Registration for the Patriot Division will open on January 17, 2023, at 12 p.m. EST.
- The maximum number of teams accepted in each Patriot Age Division is as follows:
- 13 & Under Age Division: 96
- 12 & Under Age Division: 48
- 10 & Under Age Division: 16
Team Acceptance and Waitlist
The teams within the 10, 12, & 13 Patriot divisions that register first, based on the date and time of entry in the registration system, Advanced Event Systems (AES), will be tentatively accepted into the division. These teams will receive an email notification with a specific deadline to complete their entry requirements and secure their spot. It is important to note that Official Entry Forms and fees should only be sent once acceptance into the Patriot division has been confirmed by USA Volleyball Events Staff.

Teams that fail to meet the entry requirements by the given deadline will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. The waitlist will be posted on the official USA Volleyball website, allowing teams to track their position.
If a team receives a Patriot bid but later qualifies for a higher division, their entry materials will be transferred accordingly. The vacated Patriot bid will be awarded to the next team on the waitlist, as long as their club has not reached its team limit.
Accommodation and Policies
All teams participating in the Patriot Division must book their accommodation through Team Travel Source and abide by the Stay & Play Policy. This ensures a fair and organized experience for all participants.
Patriot Refund Deadline
The deadline for a refund for teams in the Patriot Division is May 1, 2024.
