By the Numbers: U.S. Women’s Open Tryout

Numbers for the U.S. Women’s National Team Open Tryout can be staggering for the annual event that starts Friday and runs through Sunday at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

The tryout is expected to have 229 athletes representing 90 colleges.
