As the vice president for community engagement with Truman Medical Centers (TMC) from January 2010 to February 2013, Rojas launched and directed the Community Engagement Division. Rojas has also held significant positions in various Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. She served as the president and chief executive officer of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City from February 2000 to May 2005 and held a similar position with the Great Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from June 2006 to May 2009.
