The 2023 Girls Junior National Championship for the 17 division in Chicago, Ill., concluded with seven clubs emerging as champions. MKE Sting 17 Gold from Badger and Northern Lights 17-1 from the North Country region secured third place.

17 USA

Actyve 17-Black from Southern California emerged as the victors in the 17 USA division. Despite several matches going to three sets, Actyve remained unbeaten throughout the tournament. In the final match against Skyline 17 Black from North Texas, Actyve overcame an early setback in the first set to win 2-1 (22-25, 25-20, 15-9) and claim the championship.

AZ REV 17 Premier and AZ Sky 17G from the Arizona Region both secured bronze medals.

17 Liberty

Mizuno Club North 17Ang from the Heart of America region displayed an impeccable performance, winning all ten of their matches in the 17 Liberty division. In the gold medal match, they needed only two sets to defeat Ama Xtreme 17 Queens from the Sun Country region, securing a victory of 2-0 (25-12, 25-22).

Missouri Jrs 17-Black, also from the Heart of America region, and San Clemente 17-Riley from Southern California finished in third place.

17 American

ATHENA VB 17-1 Gold from the Columbia Empire region bounced back after losing pool matches at the start of the tournament. They triumphed in every match of the bracket play and clinched the gold medal by defeating ARIZONA STORM 17 THUNDER from Arizona in straight sets with a score of 25-20, 25-17.

Club Ignit select 17 Blue from Iowa and Rocky Elite 17 National from the Rocky Mountain region secured third place.

17 Freedom

NORCO 17 Black from the Rocky Mountain region had an undefeated run, culminating in a 27-25, 25-22 victory over HJV 17 PREMIER from Lone Star in the 17 Freedom division. NORCO went 11-0 throughout the tournament, only dropping one set.

17 Patriot

Sky High-Adidas 17 Black from the Great Lakes region dominated the 17 Patriot division, going undefeated with a record of 11-0. In the final, they faced off against Club Cactus 17-Mizuno from Arizona and emerged victorious with a score of 25-21, 25-20 in two sets.

Houston Skyline 17 BCS Royal from Lone Star and SynergyForce 17 Patrick from Northern California secured third place.
