U.S. Men’s Youth Volleyball Team Showcases Talent at Pan Am Cup

The Pan American Cup, set to commence on Tuesday in Gatineau, Canada, will feature a fresh wave of young, talented men’s volleyball players from the United States. This group not only brings youthful energy to the court, but also possesses valuable international playing experience.

Under the guidance of coach Rob Neilson, who has been serving as a U.S. Men’s National Team assistant coach this summer, the team is set to make an impact at the tournament.

Rising Stars with International Experience

Several players on the team have already competed on the international stage. Middle blocker Jeff Jendryk and outside hitter Jake Langlois, who were part of this year’s FIVB World League team, will bring their expertise to the Pan Am Cup. Both players previously represented the U.S. at the 2016 Pan American Cup.

Setter Jonah Seif, who will serve as team captain, adds his experience from the 2015 Pan American Games, as well as his time playing professionally in Poland’s top league.

Other players with a strong foundation in youth and junior national teams include opposite Kyle Ensing, middle blocker Scott Stadick, and outside hitters Brenden Sander and Jake Arnitz. The team also features talented liberos Evan Enriques and Larry Tuileta.
