A talented roster of 14 up-and-coming women’s volleyball players is gearing up to represent the United States in the Pan American Cup, taking place in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico from August 21-28. This exciting tournament will showcase the skills of teams from the NORCECA and South American regions, including Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Peru.

U.S. Team Pool and Preparation

The U.S. Women’s team will be competing in a pool that includes Costa Rica, defending champion Dominican Republic, Peru, and Puerto Rico. Head Coach Brad Rostratter expressed confidence in the team’s preparation, stating, “We had a great training block, three weeks to train alongside the world championship training group, and the preparation has gone really well for us.
