Online Check-in
Online check-in for the championship begins on Sunday, May 22 and will continue until the end of your division’s onsite check-in time slot(s). To ensure a smooth registration process, we encourage you to register your teams online via AES before arriving in person for on-site check-in.

On-Site Check-in
All on-site check-in procedures will take place at the Orange County Convention Center North Hall A, Room N220C. To make the registration process more efficient, we have designated the day before each division competition begins for check-in. Although teams are encouraged to check-in early if they are onsite prior to their designated check-in date, priority will be given to the divisions designated for that day. It’s important to note that teams must be fully checked in before 9 p.m. local time on their designated check-in day. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of their first match. Teams are not allowed to check in on the morning or afternoon of their first competition day. We recommend arranging your travel plans accordingly to ensure you arrive on your check-in day.

Here’s what you need to know about the check-in process:
- Only one team representative or coach should go to the check-in room N220C in the Orange County Convention Center to check-in their team(s).
- The team representative or coach will receive wristbands and/or other important information.
- Schedules and results will be available online.
Team Roster and Uniform Numbers
It’s crucial to verify your team roster and uniform numbers during the check-in process. Once verified, the roster will remain in effect throughout the championship. Please note that no additions, changes, or uniform number modifications are allowed once play begins. The team roster is limited to fifteen (15) players and five (5) adults. Only individuals whose names appear on the verified roster will receive wristbands and be permitted to sit on the bench.
