U.S. Women Continue Winning Streak at VNL

The U.S. Women’s National Team has kicked off their Volleyball Nations League (VNL) campaign with an impressive 4-0 record. In their latest match, they triumphed over host team Türkiye with a thrilling 3-2 victory (25-22, 25-22, 22-25, 11-25, 15-9) in Antalya. This win marks their third five-set victory out of the first four matches.

Drews led the U.S. scoring with an impressive 19 points, contributing 17 kills and two aces. Outside hitter Avery Skinner wasn’t far behind, adding 16 points with 16 kills. Khalia Lanier also delivered an excellent performance, scoring 12 points on 11 kills and one ace.

The team’s setter, Micha Hancock, demonstrated her versatility by leading the team in digs with 13. She also contributed four points with three kills and one ace.
