Sweat/Walsh Jennings, playing only their second tournament as a team, delivered an undefeated run until they met Wilkerson/Bansley in the semifinals. Although they lost 21-18, 21-17, they bounced back in the third-place match, defeating Canadian sisters Megan and Nicole McNamara with a score of 16-21, 21-8, 15-10.
