USA Volleyball is excited to announce the talented roster of 18 athletes selected for the upcoming 2023 FIVB Men’s U21 World Championship. This prestigious event will take place from July 7th to July 16th in Manama, Bahrain.
Training and Preparation
To ensure the team is fully prepared, the group of 18 athletes will undergo intense training from June 25th to June 29th in Anaheim, Calif. Following this, they will travel to Sofia, Bulgaria, to further refine their skills while training with teams from Brazil, Bulgaria, and Iran between June 30th and July 4th. Finally, the team will head to Bahrain to compete in the World Championship.

The U21 Men’s Team will benefit from the experience of eleven returning players who won the silver medal at the NORCECA Pan American Cup in Havana, Cuba earlier this month. Among them are skilled setters Gabe Dyer and Tyler Morgan, as well as talented outside hitters Alex Rottman, Kyle Teune, and Trent Moser.
