Team Bearclaw concluded the tournament with an impressive 10-1 record, with their only loss coming against USA Deaf Volleyball from the Chesapeake Region in a second-round match. Team Freedom A-Red, with a record of 9-1, showcased their skills throughout the tournament and reached the finals, only to be defeated by the champion Team Bearclaw.

Men’s 40-and-Over: Beam Pineapple Takes the Title

The Men’s 40-and-Over Division witnessed a thrilling competition between Beam Pineapple from the Hoosier Region and Hustle & Flow from the Garden Empire Region. Beam Pineapple emerged victorious with a 25-21, 25-18 victory in the gold-medal match. Despite Hustle & Flow’s multiple encounters with Beam Pineapple throughout the tournament, they were the only team to take a set from the champions in eight matches.

Women’s 45-and-Over: No Dinx 45+ Claims Victory

No Dinx 45+ from the Moku O Keawe Region took home the Women’s 45-and-Over Division crown. In a tightly contested championship match against San Diego Beaches from the Southern California Region, No Dinx 45+ emerged victorious with a score of 27-25, 25-21. With an 8-0 record, No Dinx 45+ displayed their dominance throughout the tournament, with their only set loss coming against San Diego Beaches in the semifinals.

Balboa Bay 50s from the Southern California Region claimed victory in the Men’s 50-and-Over Division. They showcased their skills and determination, defeating Blaine Labs from the Heart of America Region in the gold-medal match with a score of 25-23, 25-23. Balboa Bay 50s overcame a first-match loss to Boomer 5.0 from the Iroquois Empire Region and a second-round loss to Blaine Labs to secure their title.
